Our Commitment

Pacific POS is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to all users, regardless of disability or the assistive technology they use. We believe that equal access to tools is not optional — it's a responsibility.

We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Known Limitations

We are transparent about areas we're still improving:

  • Some legacy PDF reports lack full reading-order tags — updated versions are being rolled out.
  • Certain third-party payment widgets may not fully support keyboard-only navigation.
  • Chart visualizations include data tables as text alternatives; ARIA chart descriptions are in progress.
